Can’t Sidekick just build this for us?
Sometimes, yes — and we’ll say so. Sidekick generates useful admin apps on the Grow, Advanced, and Plus plans, but it stops at deep integrations, checkout surfaces, background processing, and anything that needs real testing and maintenance. That’s where we start.
How do engagements work?
Fixed-scope projects for defined builds, monthly retainers for ongoing development and maintenance. Both start with a short discovery so estimates are real, not guesses.
What does it cost?
Each engagement is scoped individually after discovery. You always get a written estimate before any build starts — no meters running in the background.
How long does a typical build take?
Integration and extension projects typically run two to eight weeks depending on scope. The blueprint phase gives you a real timeline before you commit.
Who maintains the app afterwards?
Your choice. Everything ships with documentation and a handover so your team can own it, or we keep maintaining it under a retainer.
